Branchsight Information Technologies Inc. ("Branchsight", "we", "us", "our", "ours") prioritizes the privacy of its visitors and users. Before starting the Branchsight service, we kindly ask that you carefully read the User Membership Agreement ("Agreement") written below. If any of the terms specified in the Agreement are not suitable for you, please do not use this service. If you sign this Agreement, it means that you accept the terms written on these pages in advance.

1. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

1.1. User Data: Personal data is any type of data that belongs to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Data"), and there are certain personal data we need to process in order to provide you with good service. We collect and process your Personal Data directly from you, from your use of the services, and through other third-party sources. The personal data we collect about you is as follows.

1.2. Data collected directly from you. When you register with Branchsight, use any of our services, and/or contact us directly or indirectly through any communication channel, your name, surname, email address, and phone number are collected. In order for you to benefit from paid services, your payments are processed through third-party service providers; in this context, information related to the first 6 (six) and last 4 (four) digits of your debit/credit card that you provided will be retained.

1.3. Data obtained due to your use of the services. When you benefit from, download, and/or use any of our services, we can collect your non-identifiable aggregate usage data such as device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, location, internet service provider, pages visited, timestamps, browsing and clicking activities, session heatmaps, and scrolls.

1.4. Data collected from third-party sources. For example i) we can obtain Personal Data (for example, your username, basic profile) from security service providers that help us detect Users engaged in fraudulent activities, fraud detection and prevention service providers; ii) from social media platforms – we may receive your Personal Data when you log in or register with your social media account – and from companies that provide services for identifying leads that help improve the services we provide in some cases; iii) we may obtain your Personal Data from third parties, such as our advertising and marketing partners, with whom we collaborate to track, manage, and measure our advertising campaigns.

3. With Which Third Parties Do We Share Your Personal Data, and For What Purposes?

3.1. Third-Party Service Providers: Branchsight partners with a number of selected service providers that complement, facilitate, and support the services and solutions it provides. These services and solutions include storage (hosting) and server co-location services, communication, content delivery networks (CDN), data security and cybersecurity services, billing and payment processing services, design/advertising services, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, email distribution and monitoring services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement, data optimization, marketing services, content providers, and Branchsight's legal and financial advisors.

3.2. Enforcement of Laws: Branchsight may transfer/access your Personal Data to official institutions upon a legal request, such as a court subpoena, legal process, search warrant, or court order, or as required by the Personal Data Protection Law and/or other relevant laws, with or without notice to you.

3.3. Social Media Features and Framed Pages: Our services host certain Social Media features, such as "Connect with Facebook" or "Sign in with Google" features, "Like on Facebook", "Share This" button, and other interactive mini-programs ("Social Media Features"). These Social Media Features may collect certain Personal Data, like your IP address and the page you visited on Our Website, and may set a cookie to enable their proper functioning. Social Media Features are hosted either by a third party or directly on Our Services. Your interactions with such Social Media Features are governed by the policies of those third parties, and we advise you to review the relevant third-party policies while using those services.
